The raps arent looking so good, and knowing Brian Colangelo, something is going to go down. The raps could make the playoffs, but i think Bosh is going to pack his bags either way. He will probably end up in Miami, because of wade and Beasley: New York, or New Jersey if they get the number one pick. I think, not being a particular big fan of Bosh, even though he is really good, that the raps should trade him away.
The reasons for moving him
1) He doesn't play defense (not like the Raptors do e… Continue

At the beginning of the season, many people, including myself, predicted that the San Antonio Spurs would return to their championship contending ways. Their expensively out-of-character off-season this past summer helped us all forget their equally out-of-character exit from the playoffs last season, getting embarrassed in 5 games by the Mavericks and ousted in the first round. That was the first time a Duncan-Popavich led Spurs were beat in a first-round series. Ouch. After the abrupt ending t… Continue
The NBA All-Star voting is underway, but there are some problems with the system. If the voting ended today Tracy McGrady would be starting on the West's squad. While this is normally a good thing, McGrady just played his first game today, and we're about a quarter of the way through.
So, for fun, we're going to introduce a new system. Each team will get 1 All-Star, and that will fill out the 15-man roster. This isn't the most fair way to do things, but it diversifies the roster and gets some k… Continue

We're about a quarter of the way through the NBA season, and we're going to hand out some hardware...kind of. These are the guys who, if the season ended today (it doesn't obviously), would take home our prestigious accolades. Without further ado, here are the lucky few...
Most Valuable Player - Kobe Bryant (Los Angeles Lakers)
I personally hate this award. It is given to the top player on the top team with regularity, and does not consider the players who are actually the most valuable to the… Continue
While Blake Griffin was considered the odds-on rookie to take home the vaunted Rookie of the Year award, his injury has left the door wide open for players like Tyreke Evans and Brandon Jennings to find an audience for their own campaigns. While the voting for Rookie of the Year is still a ways off, it doesn't hurt to take a peek at who is favored a quarter of the way through the NBA season.
1. Brandon Jennings, PG, Milwaukee Bucks
One of the big knocks on Brandon coming out of high school, an… Continue
Let's take a swing around the NBA and break down some truth and rumors.
- According to the New York Post, Knicks Guard Nate Robinson will continue to be benched and it's hard to argue with the results. The Knicks have actually played well (by their standards) since his banishment, but can you place the blame solely on Robinson?
- Tim Duncan is fourth among… Continue
Kobe Bryant. LeBron James. Dwyane Wade. That's about it when you discuss the premier stars in the NBA. The guys who are bonafide superstars. These guys can do it all, and their teams have a chance to win the ball game as soon they pull into the parking lot. The big question, is Carmelo Anthony ready to ascend to this prestigious rank?
Offensively, one could argue Melo is the most complete scorer in the NBA. While I personally feel Kobe Bryant is the most versatile scorer in the game, Carmelo is… Continue
Usually colleges have their own guidelines when it comes to college essay for admission or personal statements. It depends on what the actual college requires. You should consider that the colleges look at more than just college essays for admission statements; they look at your grades, GPA, class standing, extracurricular activities, and school service before the… Continue

The December 25th match up between the King's Cleveland Cavaliers and the Mamba's Los Angeles Lakers is arguably the most anticipated contest of the young NBA season. Many pundits pictured this as the "Dream Finals", pitting the two greatest players in the league against each other for the grand prize; but are these the best teams in their respective conferences? What do thes… Continue
He's 31 years old and coming into his 14th year in the league. According to sheer science, Kobe Bryant should probably be showing signs of slowing down. People wondered if this would be the year Kobe lets his guard down on the "Best Player on Earth" title. Following the Jordan timeline, Kobe would have retired this summer after his 13th year to Jordan's 12.5, causing mass hysteria and several suicides in the greater Los Angeles area. The way Kobe has shot out of the cannon so far this season goe… Continue

Pistons' record is nothing much to brag about. But the reconition of their talent is undundeniable. Looking at the team with the best young gaurds, or at least the best combinations of gaurds in the NBA. Talking about Rodney Stuckey, only 22 and one of the most dynamic all around players in the league. Being only 22 he shows alot of strength, somthing you would only see in later years with special weight training. Stuckey can take it to the hole. Can also dribble and pop that nice shot, moves th… Continue
Back at it again for week 2! This has lasted twice as much as most of my other "on-going" blogs. A lot of things that went down this past week in the NBA, Wizards owner Abe Pollin passed away at 85, Allen Iverson decided to call it quits (for now), Nate Robinson shooting at his own basket after the time expired became a huge deal somehow, and Jack Mai the now ex-Sacramento Kings assistant director of scouting is now banned from the NBA for wagering bets on NBA games. Oh and a whole bunch of high… Continue
Taft easily won their game vs El Dorado on challenge night 80-31. Bryce Jones and Deandre Daniels were stand outs as well as the entire taft team. For more on the christmas classic visit www.mpchristmasclassic.com.
Yeah man, the first time we saw him during warmups he probably made like 28/30 3s and he didnt even look like he was putting much effort and focus into his shots.. it comes sooo natural to him
I had the pleasure of watching Tracy live on multiple occasions a few seasons back when he came to play for my home team here in Greece. Dude's shot was as pure as it went. A pleasure to watch him show his infinite range really. Thanks for the vid g…
