kobe right now in like 2 years lebron hands down
okay im 5'7'' and i dont know how tall i will be cause my mom and dad are 5'6'' ....if i dont get taller i need to get my verticle up ....can anyone give me any advise that would help me get taller or get a better verticle?
you cant do that iv saw you the only way you can do that is if you pull urself up from the net......stop lieing all you can touch is backboard same as me

im about like u all u need to do is practice alot then when u relize ur strength it will go jus give it time
about the speed take a bar and do squats every day that will build leg muscle that will get u faster....good luck
