Two words... WEIGHT ROOM Work on abs as well as thighs and calves.

even though you 17 weights can stunt your growth...but since your 6-6 it doesn't matter just do squats(when you get to the bottom of the squat explode up), single leg squats with 25lb plate, and do lunges with 30lb dumbbells or the barbell w/weigh...

Hello! my name is brandon im 6'4 or 6'5 im 180 pounds i paly basketball and i really need helpp with basketball: P i can dunk kinda well i cant do it in games thow unless im on abreak i need help training my vertical and foot speed and handles anyone helpp?

the same thing happened to me, your guna have to strenghten up your leg muscles, i heard that ppl wit jumpers knee need to make their quads stronger, but make sure you work out ur hamstrings so u dont geta muscle imbalance, and stretch your legs out too, each muscle group 2-3 times and hold the stretches for around 20 sec each..and b4 you ply or do anything, you might need to take sum sort of anti-inflammatory like motrin for the inflamation..also you might just need to rest more and ice ur knees after u workout or get done playin ball...but u might wana c a doc so it doesnt get a lot worse like mine..but n/e way good luck wit it..hopefully this'll work for u lol..hit me up if u need anything else

for the post the second you get the chance to get that ball try and hit it out his hands or just rip it from him. for point gaurds when they cross over and change direction poke the ball behind them. then you just sprint around them to get it. or you can just play good D then once they start to lose a handle you go for the ball works every time for me........

well its big and very competative. im a soph. always facing the seniors. coaches are very very helpful and always trying to make you better. but my school is full of white people so it is kind of weird. but i came to play bball here cuz its 5a wich is the highest level of bball. you go to any bball camps?

hahah thats my favorite move. ok so you want to go low and fast try and be below you knees. you kind of got to add that hesitation to it. so you hesitat drive right then change your pace and direction with that cross over and you got the easy shot or basket.

its most likely easier because theirs not as much competition. but you never know some colleges may have high expectations.

lol ya i havnt really herd much from canada. here its real competative and theirs alot of players trying to go somewhere like me. i want to be 1st team all conference player and later make it to a D1 college
