even though you 17 weights can stunt your growth...but since your 6-6 it doesn't matter just do squats(when you get to the bottom of the squat explode up), single leg squats with 25lb plate, and do lunges with 30lb dumbbells or the barbell w/weigh...
thats good but when i was your height i was dunking. i was able to get half my forearm above the rim with a ball in hand. And this was all before i got hurt.
