how can i get a better vert i want to jump higher and be able to dunk.

No if u do it right it wnt mess them up
i heard air alert messes up your knees but i've never done it so its all on you but i heard it works though
Do air alert 3 if ur committed it will work I did it with 6 of my friends and I gained the most gaining 9-11 inches and the lowest gaining about 7-8 inches
how can i get a better vert i want to jump higher and be able to dunk.
