BALL IS LIFE

hey guys im 5'9" almost 5'10" and i can get rim but not grab it. i need to raise my vertical jump as soon as i can. im doing air alert 4 right now well starting it with my friend (z$ haha) and was wondering if you guys had any other tips or drills that i could do while im doing the air alert program?? thnx

u on the right path im ur height and can go between the legs because of AA..make sure u r doing each rep correctly and dont skip ne weeks..its going to get difficult but dont give it up

eat the right food and strech as much as possible. i did the air alert when I was 17 and gained 12 inches. could barely grab rim to dunking...

also a note from some dunkers we follow "do sit ups, a lot of people don't realize it but your abs and midsection are crucial to gaining hops"
