Just be tough...i play with dudes older than that...they just make you tougher...you going to probably go to college and or play in the NBA...than you going to get beat up playing...just take it...alwayz rest and put ice on...thatz all i do...but i am never sore anymore...because i am use to it...
yeah man, i used to be the under dog i started playing under 16's when i was 12 and you get the shit kicked out off you but u get back up again and when u play kids ur own age its so easy but its a good idea to try and pack on some muscle thats what i did hit up protein glutamine and creatine they will make u stronger, quicker and be able to take the pain better and when u finally start playing kids of the same age u will lick ass
