Having said so, you should also teach yourself how to jump higher esp. on the hoops. Just my two cents...

Can u really? Im 5'9'' and i can only grab it 2 hands on a gud jump and even den only off of 2 feet....

thats good but when i was your height i was dunking. i was able to get half my forearm above the rim with a ball in hand. And this was all before i got hurt.
