so i got about 1 month and a half till basketball anyway i can get any inches on my vert im 6'6 and need more hops =[ white man cant jump :( anything i can do?
even though you 17 weights can stunt your growth...but since your 6-6 it doesn't matter just do squats(when you get to the bottom of the squat explode up), single leg squats with 25lb plate, and do lunges with 30lb dumbbells or the barbell w/weights when you get to the bottom of the squat explode up do this mon wed fri one week then the next do tues thurs sat then the week after that mon thurs....each week increase the weights if you can....you can put on and inch each week if you do it correctly.....run as well so that you do not get slower as you lift....and you need to stretch as well
