BALL IS LIFE

im 15 years old, 6 feet tall and i have pretty good handles but im slow. what drills or training can i do to get faster?

no like actual speed, so i can get by defenders easier. cause i can make a good move but sometimes i still cant accelarate past the defender

Run 1-2mi a day and during the run do several short sprints instead of a constant jog. (jog-sprint-jog-sprint-jog)

Jump rope as fast as you can for 10 seconds then rest for a minute, if you mess up your getting better and stay on your tip toes too.

only 10 seconds? how many times should i repeat?

jump rope for 10 seconds as fast as you can and do not worry about messing up that means your improving. Rest for 1-2 minutes.
